I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Piemonte Orientale.

I obtained my PhD in Political Theory at the University of Milan, Department of Social and Political Studies, in June 2022, under the supervision of Prof. Alessandra Facchi. Before the PhD, I studied Philosophy (BA and MA) at the University of Genoa.

From October to November 2024, I had the pleasure of visiting the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, and from September to December 2021, I visited the University of Southampton, both times under the supervision of Prof. David Owen.

My research interests within Normative Political Theory include issues of migration ethics (in particular, forced migration, refugees, and smuggling), intersectionality, vulnerability, structural injustice, and issues of intergenerational justice.

​

My latest work has been published in CRISPP,  Migration Studies and Political Philosophy.
